About Evan LoRe

I am a licensed realtor with Curasi Realty working primarily in Orange County New York. When working with buyers and sellers, my clients are my priority. Because real estate transactions are often one of the largest purchases most people will make, I like to take the time to understand my client’s needs and concerns, answering any questions that they have along the way, and ultimately leading to their satisfaction. I offer my clients high quality service, extensive market knowledge, and the degree of professionalism required for an important decision such as buying or selling.

I am directly influenced by a large sphere of connections, including past clients, friends, family, colleagues, and more. I am incredibly grateful to work with the close-knit team at Curasi Realty, whose wealth of knowledge and direct connections will further expand this circle and help provide the best service for all my clients.

I am a member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR) and the Orange County Historical Society. I also make sure to stay up-to-date with all current aspects of real estate through many online and in-person training classes, such as marketing, technology, and all required continuing education courses.

Originally from Boston, I moved to New York to study at LIM College where I graduated with a BA in Business in 2013. Having always had an interest in entrepreneurship, I utilized my business background and embarked into real estate, eventually choosing Curasi Realty as a brokerage. Before I joined, I purchased my first home in Middletown, NY, through Curasi and had a fantastic experience with their sales team.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my partner, exploring Orange County and the Hudson Valley area, discovering new breweries and farms, cooking, and many projects around our new house.
